  • Phone number
  • National ID card photo (both sides)
  • Date of birth
  • Home address

2. Purpose of Data Collection

  • Security: To provide accurate data of subscribers in case of any issue, and to share with competent authorities upon request.
  • Booking Management: To ensure the booking is genuine and prevent the use of fake accounts.
  • Payment: To facilitate payments and keep a record of transactions.
  • Communication: To send booking confirmations, alerts, and special offers.

3. Data Verification

  • After submitting the required data, the Academy reviews and verifies the information against the provided ID.
  • Accounts will not be activated or allowed to make bookings until verification is complete.
  • If there is an error or missing data, the user will be notified to correct it.
  • Fake or non-matching accounts will be deleted immediately.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

  • The user must complete the payment within one hour of booking to confirm it.
  • If payment is not made within this time, the booking will be automatically canceled.
  • If a user repeatedly fails to complete payments more than 5 times, their account will be temporarily suspended.
  • To reactivate a suspended account, the user must contact the Academy directly.
  • These measures are intended to maintain order in the app and protect serious users.
  • Committed users may receive special offers and additional benefits in the future.

5. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party.
  • Your data remains strictly stored within Sky Academy Padel Tennis.
  • Data is only disclosed if officially requested by competent authorities.

6. Data Protection

Your data is stored on a private, paid server equipped with the highest levels of protection and security. We update security systems regularly to prevent unauthorized access. However, while 100% protection against cyber risks cannot be guaranteed, we commit to making every possible effort.
